TAPOES is a healthcare marketing agency based in Delhi NCR, working exclusively with doctors and medical clinics across India. The agency creates NMC-conscious, platform-fluid content designed to build clinical authority, patient trust, and AI visibility for healthcare professionals.
Why we exist
Every industry has agencies that understand it deeply.
Healthcare wasn't one of them.
Before TAPOES existed, its founder spent years studying what made content actually work — scaling audiences to millions of views, designing publications, building brand identities, and learning what separates content that converts from content that just gets seen.
Then came healthcare. Working alongside doctors revealed something uncomfortable: the agencies serving them didn't understand the space. Festival posts. Dancing reels. Guaranteed results plastered across Instagram. Content that violated NMC guidelines while simultaneously failing to attract the kind of patient a specialist actually wants.
What started as frustration turned into a repository — screenshots of bad healthcare marketing, benchmarks of what good looked like in India and internationally, and a deep read into NMC guidelines and the regulatory framework doctors actually operate within.
Then came GEO. As AI engines became the new search layer — patients asking ChatGPT which doctor to trust, asking Perplexity what to do about hair loss — it became clear that most doctors were invisible to these systems entirely. TAPOES built a framework to change that.
That's why this agency exists. Not to make doctors famous.
To make them findable, credible, and trusted.
